RETURN POLICY

Our desire is to know that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item for exchange or a refund please follow the instructions below for a prompt response:

We will be happy to exchange any defective product for the same title within 30 days of purchase. PLEASE CONTACT our customer service at webmaster@varsitydvds.com

We will accept your return of unopened items for credit to your credit card within 30 days of the purchase date. Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by e-mailing Customer Service at webmaster@varsitydvds.com. In your e-mail please include your original order number, the title of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will e-mail you an RMA number and return shipping instructions within 24-48 hours of your request. Please package all items securely and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box to facilitate the return process. Please allow 1-2 weeks for credit to appear on your credit card billing statement.
Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns of unopened non-defective merchandise; however, all shipping and handling costs will be refunded for exchange of defective items.
